What is the cancellation/refund policy?
At It’s Beyond Water, every beverage is freshly prepared with care. Because our products are perishable and made with fresh ingredients, all beverage sales are final once an order has been prepared.
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once your order has entered preparation, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds.
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or there is a quality concern at the time of pickup or delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
For food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returned beverages once they have left our possession.
Customer satisfaction matters to us, and we will always make a reasonable effort to address legitimate order concerns.
It’s Beyond Water reserves the right to review refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.

Is Sugar or Another Sweetener Added?
We do not add refined sugar to It’s Beyond Water. Depending on the flavor, select blends may be lightly sweetened with honey or monk fruit to complement the natural flavors of the fruits, herbs, botanicals, and spices.
